As of a fortnight today, an exhibition on Everyday Life in Austerity opens in Manchester, UK. The exhibition runs from 11th-15th July in the foyer of the Samuel Alexander building, and will be open from 10am-4pm each day. The event is a collaboration with North West zine artist Stef Bradley and is based on my recent ethnographic research with families in Greater Manchester. It's free to attend and accessible to the public.
There's more information on the event here, including the poster (which gives you a sneak preview of Stef's handywork!):
Please do forward this to anyone else you know who might be interesting in coming along - the more the merrier!
With best wishes,
Sarah
